Tball is designed for the kids to have fun and learn the very basics of being on a team and playing the game. The season will consist of 14 games, starting in early March and ending around Memorial Day weekend. emptyFarm baseball is the transitional division between Tball and AA Baseball. The season will consist of 16 games. Coaches pitch all season long. The objective is for the batters to put the ball in play and the defense to learn how to field and make the play. emptyThis is the first division with Player Pitch. All Players in this division are required to tryout and teams are formed by a draft. All players present at the start of the game will be in the batting line up, however, only 9 players will be allowed on defense at one time. emptyThis division is for 8,9,10 and 11 year olds who are not drafted into majors. Players must attend a tryout and teams are formed by a draft. All players present at the start of the game will be in the batting line up, however, only 9 players will be allowed on defense at one time. emptyemptyAll players must attend one tryout. Teams are formed by a draft. Juniors play on a 90 foot diamond. This division may have to play teams from other leagues in our District. Metal cleats are now allowed starting in this division. Base runners may lead off in this division as well. emptyAA Softball is a develpmental division where player pitch is introduced. There are no walks. Emphasis is on players putting the ball in play and learning the game. All players present at the game will be in the line up, however, only 9 players will be allowed on defense at one time. emptyAAA is a developmental division with all player pitch. All players at the game are in the line up, but only 9 players are allowed on defense at one time. Teams are formed by draft. Team and Manager requests are not allowed. emptyPlayers pitch all season long. Base runners can leave at release of pitch and they play with dropped third strike rule. Teams are formed by draft, any 10 or 11 year old not drafted will be eligible for the AAA draft. emptyemptyChallenger Baseball is a division dedicated specifically to players with limited physical and/or developmental abilities. Players range in age from 4 to 22 years old. We focus on FUN and teaching the fundamentals of baseball as best suited to each individual player. Games are on Sundays at 2pm and we enjoy Inter-league play as well as local Jamborees.
